HEY I'M
A little about myself, I started my wellness journey after my divorce. I was at my lowest point and knew there had to be more out there for me. I took a leap and flew to Costa Rica to complete my yoga training. Things didn't go as planned (as they never do) and I left early to finish my training here in Ontario. From there I completed my level 1 and 2 reiki certificates. Over the last 3 years I have worked to become a certified Holistic Nutritionist. I am very passionate about health and fitness and am eager to help others create the life they dream about.
